| Every time you enter the OrthoChat message board only new messages since your last visit are displayed. This is done so that you don't have to review the same messages again and again. This list of new messages will be displayed on the left hand side of your screen. Below is a sample. | ||

| Starting at the top you will see a 'from date' and a 'to date'. Next to these dates are little calendar buttons that allow you to select a new date quickly and easily. Below the dates is a forums drop down list. This will indicate what form is currently selected. If at any time you choose to change the dates or limit your display of messages to a particular form click the refresh button and your list of messages will be redisplayed. | ||

The message area is separated into different forums, each forum will have a title band. Each individual message will be displayed with the subject, the person that posted the message and the date and time of the post. To view the contents of the message simply click on the persons name or the red push pin. To display all the messages in this thread click on the folder icon above the message. A new window with all the messages in that thread will be displayed. Clicking on the messages will display the message in the original OrthoChat message window. |
